About the Founder
Ashutosh is a first-generation Engineer who went from silent classrooms in small-town Jharkhand to delivering high-stakes projects in global corporations.
He has seen firsthand how communication changes careers, relationships, and confidence.
Through his journey — from a technically skilled engineer to someone building a public speaking movement — he wants to share a message: "that your voice is your greatest asset, no matter where you come from".
